On October 26th, 7th grade girls basketball team plays against Emporia at Washburn Rural Middle School.

On November 5th at Washburn Rural Middle School, the 8th grade girls basketball team went against Manhattan Anthony.

Mr. Mills coaches the 8th Grade girls basketball team during a timeout on October 31st. Mills says ‘’ I have coached both boys and girls basketball for over 35 years now.’’

Coach Chooncharoen coaches for the 7th Grade girls basketball team on October 26th. Chooncharoen says his favorite part of the season was ‘’teaching the game and watching the girls play together and experience success.’’

The 8th grade girls basketball team plays against Seaman at Washburn Rural Middle School on October 31st. Coach Mills says his favorite part of the season was ‘’I really enjoy practice. I know the players probably enjoy games most, but I enjoy the teaching and learning and improvement that happens each day at practice! Plus, we get to laugh and have a good time playing a game we enjoy.’’
