8th grader, Bailey Hill, sits on the iconic red chair from the “Red Couch Show” while getting interviewed at WIBW on Thursday, May 9. “It was fun because you get to experience what it’s actually like being interviewed on TV,” said Hill.
3rd hour news students, Adda Boleski and Grace Holland, listen to Chief Photographer, Doug Brown, talk about how the equipment functions and how the show operates. “It was very cool to see how everything works together for the show to be able to function,” said Boleski.
8th grader Logan Palmer interviews Vincent Henderson in the red chairs from the “Red Couch Show”. “I interviewed Vincent about if he liked Wendy’s or McDonald’s better,” said Palmer.

8th grader, Ben Maas, guides the class through weather predictions on the live storm tracker at WIBW, “It was cool to see how everything shows up on the TV through the green screen,” said Maas.
News staffers, Elijah Guyton, Daniel Martin, Henry Laubach, and Maddox Valdivia get their picture taken at lunch after their field trip to the WIBW news station. “My favorite part of the field trip was when we got pizza, because it was good,” said Guyton.
