Throwback Holiday Photos

December of 1984, Champions SFA Teacher, Mrs Beck, poses for a photo at a Holiday Auction. “The photo was taken because I was the highest bidder of the stuffed Smurf. The auction was to benefit the hospital in the town that I lived in.”

8th Grader, Annabelle Teague, poses with her siblings on christmas morning about to open gifts. “I’m the one in a choke-hold. We took photos on Christmas morning before presents, and we decided on some fun poses. It made some great memories!”

Art teacher, Mrs. Munz, said she is at a extended family gathering. Mrs. Munz poses with her Perfume Pretty Barbie, which she was ecstatic to receive. “I had a very large collection of Barbies and accessories, so this was obviously a pretty important gift.”

Ten years ago, Mrs. Slack, ELL teacher, shares a photo of her family dressing up “My granddaughter, Olivia Guccione, as the Angel of the Lord. She’s with her sister, Finley, as Mary, and her grandpa, Dave, as Joseph.”

In 1982 Mrs. Wells, the paraeducator for the SWAT team looks towards the camera for a photo of her at her very first Christmas at her Grandmas house. “I’m being held by my uncle in front of the Christmas tree. I have been amazed by something my grandpa just did (likely a corny magic trick)”.

Ms. Renny, the Allstars team para, describes her first joint Christmas photo with her sister. “I don’t remember much other then my mother letting me know that it was our first professional Christmas picture together, and that my little sister did not like the basket chair she had sit in.”

Elleigh Kennedy holds her puppy, Pearl, who became apart of her family last year “I got her because my mom’s dog passed away and my reaction was speechless. I started to cry with happy tears. It was amazing”

In 2017, Corinne Parker holds one of her christmas gifts that her grandma sewed. “I got a stuffed re-creation of one of my drawings of my dad”

Mrs. Baranski sits in a pile of her toys, a childhood memory from her Christmas “I think I’m about two years old in this, so this would be 1982. I’m surrounded by all my toys in the world’s itchiest dress!”
