Seventh graders Natalie Hudson and McKinley Key discuss a crazy lady on the loose during a scene at Aunt Ellen’s house. Ms. Williams, one of the co-directors said how much she enjoyed watching the friendships assemble through the program. “The students build friendships out of the time we spend together. Some of these students would have never crossed paths had it not been for their drama dept,” she said.

On April 5 after the play “Here Come the Brides” in the cafeteria seventh grade principal Mr. Chesmore gives flowers to play directors Mrs. Baranski and Ms. WIlliams for working hard and putting together the play, he said “Very funny! Great story and the cast/crew pulled it off very well!”

One of the co-directors Mrs. Baranski said how much she fancied helping with the play and watching the cast improve as actors. “I personally enjoyed directing the cast and watching them grow their acting skills as they got better and better as time went on. By the time we got to the performance, they were completely different actors!”
